Base on the active operations technology of intelligent building facilities as the research background, this paper expounds the significance of organizing "active" operation and maintenance under the operation and maintenance scene of intelligent building, and discusses the application scenario of data analysis technology in the operation and maintenance mode of active intelligent building facilities in the basis of the active operation and maintenance data application case of an electromechanical operation and maintenance project.
