嘉峪关市中心城区特色风貌导控策略初探

A Preliminary Study on the Strategy of Guiding and Controlling to the Characteristic Features of Jiayuguan City Center

目前我国关于城市风貌的引导和控制尚未形成统一的规范标准,各地对于城市风貌的管理也多依靠设计、引导和控制作为基本手段。文章结合嘉峪关城市中心城区风貌现状,从现状反映出的问题入手,通过构建导控要素层级与框架,归纳要素种类最终提出导控策略,旨在为解决嘉峪关市中心城区特色风貌的引导与控制提供思路与方法。

At present,our country has not yet formed a unified standard for the guidance and control of urban features,and the management of urban features in various places also relies on design,guidance,and control as the basic means.Based on the status quo of the central urban area of Jiayuguan city,this paper starts from the problems reflected in the current situation,summarizes the types of elements and finally puts forward the guidance and control strategy by constructing the level and framework of guidance and control elements,aiming to provide ideas and methods for solving the guidance and control of the characteristic of the central urban area of Jiayuguan.
