核因子κB在心房颤动发生及影响心房内血栓形成中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 心房颤动逐年升高的发病率大大增加了心力衰竭和脑卒中的发生风险。然而心房颤动发生的潜在基因多相性和分子决定因素尚不明确。心房的结构重构及电重构在心房颤动发生中发挥了不可忽视的作用。核因子κB(NF-κB)是一种可以调控多种基因转录的转录因子,参与多种心血管疾病的病理生理过程。NF-κB存在于心肌细胞、血管平滑肌细胞及内皮细胞,参与多种心血管疾病的发生、发展。适当地抑制NF-κB的活化对于心血管疾病的治疗具有积极的作用。NF-κB通过促进心脏的结构重构和电重构促进心房颤动的发生,也可促进心房颤动患者血栓的形成。目前NF-κB已经引起心血管领域的广泛关注,各学者正进一步研究其在心血管疾病发生、发展不同阶段的活化特征。 The increasing incidence of atrial fibrillation has greatly increased the risk of heart failure and stroke.However,the underlying genetic heterogeneity and molecular determinants of atrial fibrillation are unknown.The structural remodeling and electrical remodeling of the atrium have played an important role in the occurrence of atrial fibrillation.Nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)is a transcription factor that can regulate the transcription of many genes and is involved in the pathophysiological processes of many cardiovascular diseases.NF-κB exists in cardiomyocytes,vascular smooth muscle cells and endothelial cells,and is involved in the occurrence and development of various cardiovascular diseases.Proper inhibiting of the activation of NF-κB has a positive effect on the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.NF-κB promotes the development of atrial fibrillation by promoting the structure and electrical remodeling of the heart,and may further promote the formation of thrombosis in patients with atrial fibrillation.At present,NF-κB has caused widespread concern in the cardiovascular field,and scholars are further studying its activation characteristics in different stages of cardiovascular disease occurrence and development.
