摘要
在影响企业发展的各项因素中,人力资源是极为关键的要素,是企业核心竞争力的重要体现。为了能够有效地促进人力资源价值的提升,做好相关的管理工作极为必要。人力资源管理涉及的内容极多,其中绩效考核是其极为核心的内容之一。论文在研究中将会以绩效考核为中心,探索加强企业人力资源管理的方法,为更好地促进企业管理水平提升提供理论借鉴。
Among all the factors that affect the development of enterprises,human resources is the most important factor,which is an important embodiment of the core competitiveness of enterprises.In order to effectively promote the value of human resources,it is very necessary to do a good job in related management.Human resources management involves a lot of contents,among which performance appraisal is one of its core contents.This paper focuses on performance appraisal and explores the methods of strengthening human resources management in enterprises,so as to provide theoretical reference for the promotion of enterprise management level.
