When the rings of the times enter the 21st century,people also enter the informatization age.All walks of life are gradually changing from the traditional management mode to the informatization management mode.In today's increasingly fierce market competition,informatization management mode helps to improve the competitiveness and influence of enterprise,and then improve its market share.Therefore,the implementation of informatization management by enterprise is not only an inevitable trend of social development,but also the foundation of enterprise based on the market.This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the process of enterprise informatization management,and discusses the countermeasures to solve these problems,so as to improve the level of enterprise informatization management and promote the sustainable development of the enterprise.
