渠道视角下企业营运资金管理研究

Research on the Working Capital Management of Enterprises from the Perspective of Channel

传统的营运资金管理模式并不能考虑到企业整体的关联性,而基于渠道视角的营运资金管理理论顺应市场,因此被许多企业广泛应用。论文通过分析渠道视角下我国企业营运资金管理的现状,发现我国企业对营运资金管理重视度不高、企业各个部门之间的合作不够紧密以及企业渠道信息系统不够完善等问题,并针对这些问题提出企业要树立渠道理念、增强各部门之间的相互配合以及完善企业信息系统的对策。

The traditional working capital management mode does not take into account the relevance of the enterprise as a whole,while the working capital management theory based on the perspective of channel is in line with the market,and is therefore widely used by many enterprises.By analyzing the current situation of working capital management of China's enterprises under the perspective of channel,the paper found that China's enterprises do not attach high importance to working capital management,the cooperation between various departments of enterprises is not close enough,the channel information system of enterprises is not perfect and other problems.In view of these problems,the paper puts forward countermeasures,including the establishment of a channel concept by enterprises,the strengthening of cooperation between various departments,and the improvement of the information system of enterprises.
