县域科技项目管理研究--以丽水市为例

Research on the Management of County Science and Technology Projects--Taking Lishui City as an Example

论文研究了县级科技计划项目的现状,主要运用图表、对比等统计分析方法对2018-2019年度丽水市各县科技计划项目的立项情况及补助金额进行分析,总结县级科技部门在科技项目管理过程中存在的问题,针对存在的问题提出科技计划项目管理的改进建议。

This paper studies the current situation of county-level science and technology plan projects,mainly uses the statistical analysis methods such as charts and comparison to analyze the project approval conditions and subsidy amount of science and technology plan projects in each county in Lishui City from 2018 to 2019,summarizes the problems existing in the management process of science and technology projects of county-level science and technology departments,and puts forward suggestions for improving the management of science and technology plan projects in response to existing problems.
