关于加强并购重组支持国企改革力度的思考

Reflections on Strengthening the Reform of State-Owned Enterprises Supported by Mergers and Acquisitions

随着我国社会经济的不断发展,国有企业在国家经济中的占比不断增大,随之而来的是企业并购重组的趋势越来越大,但是并不是所有国企的并购重组都能提高自身的竞争力以及生产效率,换句话说就是目前我国国有企业的并购重组出现了障碍。论文主要针对国有企业并购重组的趋势、模式及其所面临的风险和挑战进行深入探讨,进一步研究国有企业如何在当今社会实行并购重组模式以及风险管理,从而提升自身的优势。

With the continuous development of China's social economy,the proportion of state-owned enterprises in the national economy has been increasing.The following is the trend of enterprise mergers and acquisitions will be bigger.However,not all mergers and acquisitions of state-owned enterprises can improve their competitiveness and production efficiency.In other words,there are obstacles in the mergers and acquisitions of state-owned enterprises in China.This paper mainly discusses the trend,mode and risk and challenge of state-owned enterprises'mergers and acquisitions in depth,and further studies how state-owned enterprises carry out mergers and acquisitions mode and risk management in today's society,so as to improve their own advantages.
