基于数据共享的创新创业平台运行机制及影响因素的研究

Research on Operation Mechanism and Influencing Factors ofInnovation and Entrepreneurship Platform Based on Data Sharing

在我国产业结构转型的背景下,中小企业所具有的发展潜力逐渐展现出来,而为了推动中小企业的发展,我国许多地区都相继建立了创新创业服务平台。但结合平台运行实践来看,普遍存在专业运营管理队伍缺乏、配套设施不完善、企业融资困难、青年创新人才和创新团队缺乏、资源效益发挥有限等多方面的问题。基于此,论文从数据共享的角度对我国创新创业平台运行机制的影响因素进行分析,针对性地提出优化策略。

Under the background of China's industrial structure transformation,the development potential of small and medium-sized enterprises is gradually revealed.In order to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,many regions in China have established innovation and entrepreneurship service platform.However,combined with the operation practice of the platform,there are many problems,such as lack of professional operation management team,imperfect supporting facilities,financing difficulties of enterprises,lack of young innovative talents and innovation teams,and limited resource efficiency.Based on this,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the operation mechanism of China's innovation and entrepreneurship platform from the perspective of data sharing,and pertinently proposes optimization strategies.
