基于在线学习习惯的企业直播培训模式与应用探究

Research on Enterprise Live Training Mode and Application Based on Online Learning Habits

受疫情防控因素影响,企业线下集中业务培训面临着巨大的挑战,而与之相对,基于直播和短视频技术的线上培训迎来了新的增长契机,众多企业的培训部门积极利用现有网络平台开展多种样式的业务培训活动,满足了“停工不停学”的实际业务发展需求。论文从用户在线学习习惯研究入手,探讨企业培训在课程开发、呈现、评估等环节运用直播授课的模式与流程,分析直播教学与线下教学的异同点,为企业运用直播培训提供一些建议和帮助。

Under the influence of epidemic prevention and control factors,offline centralized business training of enterprises is facing great challenges.On the contrary,online training based on live broadcast and short video technology ushers in a new growth opportunity.Many enterprise training departments actively use the existing network platform to carry out various types of business training activities to meet the actual business development needs of"stop working without stop learning".This paper starts with the study of users'online learning habits,discusses the mode and process of live teaching in the course development,presentation,evaluation and other links of enterprise training,analyzes the similarities and differences between live teaching and offline teaching,and provides some suggestions and help for enterprises to use live training.
