疾控中心是公共卫生服务机构,随着当前公共卫生事业的改革深化和不断发展,疾控中心也开始做出政策上面的改革和创新,同时开始侧重进行员工思想政治工作。为此,论文针对疾控中心职工思想情况进行分析,探索加强职工思想政治工作的方法,全面地提升职工的思想政治工作水平,进一步做好疾控中心员工的思想政治工作。

CDC is a public health service institution.With the deepening and continuous development of the current public health reform,CDC also began to make policy reform and innovation,and began to focus on the ideological and political work of staff.Therefore,this paper analyzes the ideological situation of CDC staff,explores ways to strengthen the ideological and political work of staff,comprehensively improve the level of ideological and political work of staff,and further improve the ideological and political work of CDC staff.
