校企合作下高职院校创新创业型人才培养模式研究--以广西农业职业技术学院O2O创业型学历班为例

Research on Training Mode of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents inHigher Vocational Colleges Under School-Enterprise Cooperation--Taking O2O Entrepreneurial Education Class ofGuangxi Agricultural Vocational College as an Example

随着“大众创新、万众创业”创业新浪潮的到来,各高职院校在原有的校企合作的基础上开设了不少创业型学历班进行人才培养。但是,由于缺乏创业型学历班办学经验,各高职院校在人才培养过程中遇到了各种问题。论文从广西农业职业技术学院O2O创业型学历班出发,探索校企合作下高职院校应如何构建创新创业型人才培养模式。

With the arrival of the new wave of"mass innovation and mass entrepreneurship",various higher vocational colleges have set up many entrepreneurial education classes on the basis of the original school-enterprise cooperation for talent training.However,due to the lack of experience in running entrepreneurial education classes,vocational colleges have encountered various problems in the process of talent training.Starting from the O2O entrepreneurial education class of Guangxi Agricultural Vocational College,this paper explores how higher vocational colleges should construct innovative and entrepreneurial talent training mode under school-enterprise cooperation.
