摘要
当前,针对企业各级领导干部的心理健康培训在目标、内容、师资、方式方法等方面还存在不足。未来,企业要把握企业领导干部心理活动的客观规律,加强对企业领导干部心理问题的专题研究,有计划地开展心理健康培训和心理干预活动,积极探索企业各级领导干部心理健康培训的有效途径。
At present,there are still some deficiencies existing in the goal,content,teachers,ways and means,and other aspects of mental health training for enterprise leading cadres at all levels.In the future,enterprises should grasp the objective law of the mental activities for enterprise leading cadres,strengthen the special research on the mental problems of enterprise leading cadres,carry out mental health training and mental intervention activities in a planned way,and actively explore effective path of mental health training for enterprise leading cadres at all levels.
