State-owned enterprises are the pillar enterprises to promote the economic development of China,which has a more positive impact on the development and progress of society.At present,with the acceleration of the process of economic globalization,the operation and development of state-owned enterprises are facing new opportunities and challenges.In front of these opportunities and challenges,state-owned enterprises must do well the reform work as soon as possible to meet the needs of the development of the times,so as not to be eliminated,and to better cope with the current series of crises faced in social development.
