基于吸盘电脑鼠的设计与控制方法研究

摘要 随着工业化水平的提高,电脑鼠作为自动化机器人开始被广泛应用于各个领域。设计电脑鼠需要对其运动机能、行走路径、传感器应用等多种技术进行研究,以保证电脑鼠具备良好的稳定性,之后再对其速度与算法进行针对性改进。论文在传统电脑鼠的设计与控制方式中引入吸盘结构,对吸盘吸力与电脑鼠的移动速度进行合理化匹配,通过红外线传感技术与梯形转弯策略,控制吸盘电脑鼠的电机转速与运行时间。 With the improvement of industrialization level,computer mouse as an automatic robot has been widely used in various fields.In order to design a computer mouse,we need to study its movement function,walking path,sensor application and other technologies,so as to ensure that the computer mouse has good stability,and then improve its speed and algorithm.This paper introduces the suction cup structure into the design and control mode of the traditional computer mouse,and rationalizes the match between the suction of the suction cup and the moving speed of the computer mouse.Through infrared sensing technology and trapezoidal turning strategy,the motor speed and running time of the computer mouse with the suction cup are controlled.
