从“驻港澳总支部”到“香港执行部”--1950年中国国民党在港机构重组初探

From“General Branch in Hong Kong and Macao”to“Hong Kong Executive Department”:A Preliminary Probe into the Reorganization of Kuomintang in Hong Kong in 1950

中国国民党有着悠久的海外活动历史,早在兴中会与同盟会时期,便开始于世界各地华人华侨群体中发展自己的组织,香港是其重点发展的地区之一。抗战期间,国民党成立驻港澳总支部,在香港开展党务、宣传、侨务、情报等活动。1950年初,国内外形势发生巨大变化,国民党驻港澳总支部也在内外困境中宣告停摆。然而鉴于香港之于所谓“反共复国”任务的重要价值,国民党高层最终决定重组国民党香港党务组织,新设香港执行部,统一协调在港的活动。

The Chinese Kuomintang has a long history of overseas activities.As early as the period of Rejuvenating China Association and Chinese Revolutionary League,it began to develop its own organizations among the overseas Chinese groups around the world.Hong Kong is one of its key development targets.During the Anti-Japanese War,Kuomintang established a general branch in Hong Kong and Macao to carry out the activities of its Party affairs,propaganda,overseas Chinese affairs,and information collection in Hong Kong.As the situation at home and abroad changed drastically at the beginning of 1950,the general branch of Kuomintang in Hong Kong and Macao,beset with internal and external difficulties,had no choice but to stop all its activities.However,in view of the important value of the so-called“anti-communist and restoration of nation”mission in Hong Kong,the KMT finally decided to reorganize its Hong Kong Party organization and establish a new Hong Kong Executive Department to coordinate the activities in Hong Kong.
