摘要
本文以废胶粉(WRP)和低密度聚乙烯(LEPE)为主要原料,采用动态硫化方法制备复合材料,研究了KH-550、KH-570、Si-69三种硅烷偶联剂用量对废胶粉/LDPE复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,KH-550、KH-570、Si-69三种硅烷偶联剂单独使用时,其最佳质量分数分别为:2.5%、1.5%、1.5%;在所研究的三种硅烷偶联剂中,以KH-550改性废胶粉所制得的废胶粉//LDPE复合材料的力学性能最好。
In this paper,waste rubber powder(WRP)and low-density polyethylene(LEPE)are used as the main raw materials,and composite materials are prepared by dynamic vulcanization.The dosage of KH-550,KH-570 and Si-69 three silane coupling agents is studied.Effect of waste rubber powder/LDPE composite material on mechanical properties.The results show that when the three silane coupling agents KH-550,KH-570,and Si-69 are used alone,the best mass fractions are:2.5%,1.5%,and 1.5%;in the three silane coupling agents studied Among the additives,the waste rubber powder//LDPE composite material made with KH-550 modified waste rubber powder has the best mechanical properties.
