摘要
血根碱是二类新兽药博落回散的主要活性成分,属于季铵型苯并菲啶类异喹啉生物碱,具有抗细菌、抗真菌、抗肿瘤、杀虫、影响畜禽生长等多种药理作用,已广泛用于畜牧业生产中。本文对血根碱药理作用进行综述,以期为血根碱的后续研究提供依据。
Sanguinarine is a Quaternary benzo[c]phenanthridine alkaloid,which is the main active ingredient of Sangrovit,a new veterinary drug.Sanguinarine has been widely used in livestock production for its pharmacological effects,such as anti-bacterial,anti-fungal,anti-tumor,insecticidal activities and influence on the growth of livestock and poultry.Here the pharmacological effects of sanguinarine are summarized in order to provide the basis for the follow-up study of sanguinarine.
