摘要
味觉感受是一个多信息多模式的感官信息融合加工过程。在食物消费过程中,多感官刺激可以给人类带来丰富的感知体验。在多感官感知中,视觉起着非常重要的作用。而视觉信息中,目前国内外研究较多的是颜色和几何形状对于味觉感受的影响,许多研究表明,颜色和形状与味觉之间有着一定的联系,对味觉感知的影响可能是由情绪调节所致。
Taste perception is a multi-information and multi-mode sensory information fusion process.In the process of food consumption,multi-sensory stimulation can bring rich sensory experience to human beings.In multi-sensory perception,vision plays a very important role.In the visual information,the influence of color and geometric shape on taste perception is mostly studied at home and abroad.Many research results showed that color and shape have a certain relationship with taste,and the influence on taste perception may be caused by emotion regulation.
