摘要
环己酮装置副产部分燃料油、轻质油和重质油,此三种废油中含有大量的苯、环己烯、环己烷、环己酮和环己醇组分。本文提出了两种处理回收环己酮装置废油的工艺流程,分别为单塔间歇工艺和连续化工艺过程。通过废油的分离回收,可实现有效组分的资源化利用,降低废物排放量,具有良好的经济效益和环境效益。
Fuel oil,Light oil and Heavy oil,as the by-product of cyclohexanone plant,were collectively referred as to waste oil,which contains a large amount of benzene,cyclohexane,cyclohexene,cyclohexanone and cyclohexanol.This paper puts forward two kinds of process to recovery waste oil of cyclohexanone device,single tower batch process and continuous process respectively.Through the recovery of waste oil,the effective components can be recycled as resource utilization,and reducing the waste emissions of cyclohexanone plant.The process has very good economic and environmental benefits.
