东北某老旧小区排水系统改造方案研究

Research of Drainage System Reconstruction Scheme of an Old Residential Area in Northeast China

老旧小区改造是我国重要的民生工程。本文针对老旧小区地块的不同特点,分别分析制定了不同的排水系统改造方案。其中,A地块采用带分流井的合流制;B地块仅对雨水管道进行改造,提高设计重现期;C地块将雨水管改为污水管或增设分流井。同时,加强管理,控制小区的面源污染。

The reconstruction of old residential areas is an important livelihood project in China.This paper analyzes and makes different drainage system reconstruction schemes based on the different characteristics of the old residential area.Among them,block A adopts the combined system with diversion well;block B only reconstructs the rainwater pipeline to improve the design return period;block C changes the rainwater pipe to sewage pipe or adds diversion well.At the same time,management should be strengthened to control the non-point source pollution.
