土壤中氯代异丙烷、三氯三氟乙烷的检测

Detection of Chlorinated Isopropane and Trichlorotrifluoroethane in Soil

建立用吹扫捕集/气相色谱质谱仪同时测定土壤中氯代异丙烷、三氯三氟乙烷的检测方法。色谱柱为DB-VRX,载气为氦气,流速为1.0 mL/min,分流比为10︰1,升温程序:40℃保持2 min,20℃/min到240℃,2种物质含量测定方法的线性良好,r均为0.999,回收率为83.0%~120.5%,RSD 2.7%~6.8%。用本方法测定土壤中的氯代异丙烷、三氯三氟乙烷,操作简单、回收率高、精密度好,结果准确可靠。

A method for simultaneous determination of chloroisopropane and trichlorotrifluoroethane in soil by purge and trap/gas chromatography mass spectrometry was established.The chromatographic column was DB-VRX,the carrier gas was helium,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the split ratio was 10︰1,the heating procedure was:2min at 40℃,20℃/min to 240℃,the linear method of content determination of the two substances was good,r was 0.999,the recovery was 83.0%~120.5%,RSD was 2.7%~6.8%.The method is simple,high recovery rate,good precision and accurate for the determination of chloro-isopropane and trichloro-trifluoroethane in soil.
