高校绿色教育课堂模式的研究——以“食品生物化学”课程教学为例

摘要 高校绿色教育不仅注重科学文化知识、技能的传播,更注重大学生正确处理人与自然、人与人关系的教育。在学科教学中渗透绿色教育,利用课堂教学这个主渠道,把绿色教育的一些理念渗透到教育内容中去,以充实教育内容。本文以“食品生物化学”课堂教学为例来研究绿色教育课堂模式,以提高食品生物化学教学的教育性,使教学自然地对学生素质产生多方面有益的影响。 Green education in universities not only pays attention to the dissemination of scientific and cultural knowledge and skills,but also pays more attention to the education of correctly handling the relationship between human and nature and between people.Green education should be infiltrated into the subject teaching,and the main channel of classroom teaching should be used to infiltrate some ideas of green education into the educational content,so as to enrich the educational content.In this paper,the“food biochemistry”classroom teaching as an example to study the green education classroom model,in order to improve the education of food biochemistry teaching,so that teaching naturally has a beneficial impact on the quality of students in many aspects.
