摘要
临床实践是医学生培养过程中的重要环节,在这一阶段加强学生的思政教育对于其综合能力和职业素养提升具有举足轻重的作用。临床实践活动使他们所掌握的医学理论得以升华、知识体系更为完善;与此同时,他们的世界观和方法论逐渐形成,并开始指导其进一步的学习或即将开始的职业生涯。形式多样的临床实践可以使原本较为枯燥的内容变得丰富多彩,激发学生的学习热情,使学生更容易接受,促进学习效果;并逐渐形成自己特别的学习方法和对于临床病例的处理方式,这一正确方法的建立对于医学生以后的深入学习和工作影响深远。此外,通过将思政教育融入到临床实践中,不但培养了学生的思想道德素质、医学人文素质、专业综合素质以及爱国情怀,而且将意识形态教育与临床实践过程相融合,帮助医学生感悟崇高的医德医风,并怀着对临床工作的无限热爱圆满完成临床实践教学环节。
Clinical practice is a very important tutoring segment for the medical students.Strengthening the ideological and political education during this special stage plays significant role for the improvement of the comprehensive ability and professional quality of the medical students.Through this practice,the medical theories they studied are augmented greatly,and their knowledge systems are developed much better.Meanwhile,their global view and methodology are gradually forming,which starts to direct their further study and the forthcoming career.By the integration of ideological and political theories into clinical practice,the monotonous learning becomes colorful,and the study enthusiasm of the students is aroused.As a result,they feel ease to accept the knowledge,and the learning effects are greatly promoted.They also gradually have their own methodology for both studies and clinical cases,which behave far-reaching effects for their further study and work.Furthermore,through the various practices,the medical students not only improve their ideological and moral quality,medical humanistic quality,professional comprehensive quality,and patriotism,but also bring the ideological education and clinical practice together,which help them come to realize the high medical ethics.By doing this,the medical students’finish their clinical practices well and look forward to the upcoming clinical career.
