摘要 基于应用型本科高校食品科学与工程专业毕业实习当前存在的问题,在工程认证大背景下,以常熟理工学院食品科学与工程专业为对象,通过完善科学的毕业实习组织管理体制及制度文件,激发学生和教师内在驱动力,提高学生毕业实习的积极性、主动性,建立科学的毕业实习教学过程质量监控机制,构建了基于OBE理念的应用型本科高校食品科学与工程专业毕业实习新模式,在激发学生参与毕业实习的积极性和主动性方面,以及提高学生解决复杂工程问题的能力等方面取得了良好的效果。 Based on the problems in the internships before graduation for the students in food science and engineering specialty in application-oriented university,and the background of engineering certification,the food science and engineering specialty in Changshu Institute of Technology was studied.After improving the scientific management system for internships of undergraduate students and relative documents,stimulating the internal driving force of the students and advisors,promoting the enthusiasm and initiative for the students to internships,and establishing scientific quality monitoring mechanism for the internships,a new model of the internships before graduation for the students in food science and engineering specialty in application-oriented university was constructed based on outcome based education(OBE)concept.The enthusiasm,initiatives and the ability to solve complex engineering problems of the intern students were significantly improved.
