摘要 食品包装学是包装工程专业重要的选修课,课程教学内容中食品变质与包装原理是教学的重点。针对这部分知识,在综合实验里设计果蔬保鲜实验模块,对培养学生创新意识,活学活用知识,锻炼学生实验动手能力等均具有重要的意义。本文从实验设计思路、实验项目内容和实验效果等方面提出果蔬保鲜实验的执行方案和建议,以期提高学生对于食品包装学课程知识的深入认识,最终达到服务毕业设计的教学目标。 Food packaging science is an important elective course for packaging engineering major,food spoilage and packaging principle is the focus of the course.Aiming at this part of knowledge,to design the fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping experiment module in the comprehensive experiment is of great significance to cultivate students'innovation consciousness,to activate their learning and applying knowledge,and to exercise students'experimental operational ability.In order to improve students'deep understanding of the course knowledge of food packaging science and finally reach the teaching goal of serving graduation design,this paper puts forward the implementation plan and suggestions of fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping experiment from the aspects of experimental design idea,experimental project content and experimental effect.
