摘要
以去氢枞酸为原料,经叔丁基过氧化氢苄基氧化,再与对甲苯磺酰肼发生亲核加成反应合成了新化合物去氢枞酸对甲苯磺酰腙,总产率53.7%,探索了各步反应的最佳工艺条件。合成化合物的结构经1H NMR、MS、元素分析确证。
7-oxo-dehydroabietic acid p-tosylhydrazone was synthesized by benzylic oxidation with t-BuOOH,followed by nucleophilic substitution reaction with p-toluenesulphonylhydrazide,overall yield 53.7%.The optimized reaction conditions of reactions were explored.The structure of the synthesized compound was confirmed by 1H NMR,MS and elemental analysis.
