摘要
采用Langmuir-Blodget(LB)技术成功制备了人血清白蛋白(HSA)Langmuir单层膜和LB多层膜。表面压力(π)-面积(A)曲线中明显出现了较高的崩溃压力和成膜曲线。研究了pH对HSA Langmuir单层膜形成的影响。用布鲁斯特角显微镜(BAM)分析了HSA分子在空气-水界面单层的聚集现象。ATR结果表明,HSA LB膜中的蛋白质二级结构出现了β旋转角结构。
The monolayer of human serum albumin(HSA)was successfully prepared by LB technology.High crash pressure and film forming process is obviously appeared in the surface pressure(π)-area(A)curve.The effects of pH on HSA Langmuir monolayer formation was studied.The characterization of monolayer at the air-water interfaces was analyzed by Brewster angle microscope(BAM).ATR result showed that the secondary structure of HSA changes fromα-helix in solution toβ-rotation angle in LB film.
