摘要
本文首先将pH特异性识别电化学探针(NB)和电化学内参比分子(ABTS)分子通过π-π作用共修饰于单壁碳纳米管(CNT)修饰的碳纤维电极(CFME)表面。结果发现,该电极对pH检测线性范围为4.52~8.83,对抗坏血酸(AA)检测具有较宽的线性范围(0.02~8.0 mM)。与经典pH玻璃电极测定方法对比,采用该微传感器重现性好、稳定性高、准确度高。最后碳纤维电极的小尺寸进一步实现一滴全血样品pH和AA的同时检测取得满意的结果。
pH specific recognition electrochemical probe(NB)and electrochemical internal reference molecule(ABTS)are co-modified on the surface of carbon nanotube(CNT)modified carbon fiber electrode(CFME)throughπ-πinteraction.The results showed that the electrode has a linear range of 4.52~8.83 for pH detection and a wide linear range(0.02~8.0 mM)for AA.Compared with the classic pH glass electrode,the micro-sensor has good reproducibility,high stability and high accuracy.Finally,the small size of the carbon fiber electrode was further the simultaneous detection of pH and AA of a drop of whole blood sample with satisfactory results.
