论党内法规的合宪性审查

On the Review of Constitutionality of the Laws within the CPC

合宪性审查作为维护宪法权威的一种制度,有着重要的作用,而党内法规作为中国共产党活动的依据也必须与宪法的相关规定相符合。但是,当前对党内法规的合宪性审查还存在着依据不明、价值不清以及具体的制度构建不完善等问题。为健全党内法规的合宪性审查制度,有必要针对相应问题,提出妥善合理的解决方式,以更好地推动党内法规的合宪性审查工作在我国的开展。

As a system for safeguarding the authority of the Constitution,the review of constitutionality has an important role,and the laws and regulations of the CPC(the Party),as the basis for the activities of the Party,must also be consistent with the relevant provisions of the Constitution.However,the current review of the constitutionality of the Party regulations still has problems such as obscure foundation,unclear value,and imperfect system construction.In order to improve the constitutionality review system of the Party regulations,it is necessary to propose appropriate and reasonable solutions to the corresponding problems in order to better promote the constitutionality review of the Party regulations in China.
