摘要
为了应对新冠疫情对高校正常课程教学带来的挑战,各高校纷纷开展在线教学。教师采用何种在线教学模式直接影响在线教学效果。通过量表调查某双一流大学310名教师和4059名学生在线教与学的体验、投入和满意度,探讨了五种在线教学模式的教学效果及其作用机制。结果表明:(1)高校师生在线教学的体验、投入和满意度水平较为正面,但还需进一步提升;(2)“录播讲授+直播互动”的在线翻转课堂模式在全部教学指标上都显著优于其他在线教学模式;(3)教师的在线教学体验和深层教学关注显著预测教学投入,学生的在线学习投入在学习体验和学习满意度之间起中介作用。为了保证疫情期间的在线教学质量,必须加强在线教学互动,改善师生教与学的体验和投入。
To deal with the challenge of the Covid-19 pandemic on regular curriculum and instruction in higher education,many universities have switched to online teaching.The online teaching model adopted by teachers can directly affect online teaching quality.The present study surveys 310 faculty members and4 059 university students on their experience of online teaching,engagement,and the level of satisfaction;and explores the effect of five online teaching models on teaching and learning.Results show that(a) faculty members’ and students’ current experience,engagement,and satisfaction are at a high level,but there is still room for improvement,(b) the "recorded-instruction-then-live-interaction" online flipped classroom model shows its advantage on all indicators over other online models,and(c) faculty members’ online teaching experience and deep teaching concern significantly predict their teaching engagement,and students’ online learning engagement mediates the relationship between learning experience and satisfaction.In order to guarantee online teaching quality during a pandemic,it is suggested to increase online teaching interaction and to improve faculty members’ and students’ teaching and learning experience and engagement.
