义务教育学校内部治理与学生成绩——基于PISA2015数据的实证研究 被引量:3

摘要 基于PISA2015数据,根据教师参与学校治理和家长参与学校内部治理的相关问题,构建义务教育学校内部治理水平指标,并考察义务教育学校内部治理对学生成绩的影响和作用机制。结果显示,以多元参与为核心特征的学校内部治理显著提高了学生成绩,这一结论通过了稳健性检验。学校内部治理主要通过提高教师工作积极性和增加家长支持两个渠道提高学生成绩。在农村学校和低教师质量学校,学校内部治理对学生成绩的促进作用更大。结合我国义务教育发展现状,应在义务教育学校特别是农村学校和教师资源受限的学校,全面实施以多元参与为核心特征的学校内部治理,以提高学生成绩,改善教育资金使用效率,实现校际间教育公平。 Based on the PISA2015 data,according to the related issues of teachers’ participation in school governance and parents’ participation in school internal governance,we construct the internal governance indicators and examine the impact and mechanism of internal governance of compulsory education schools on student performance.The results show that the internal governance of schools with multiple participation as the core feature has significantly improved student performance.The conclusions pass the robustness tests.What’s more,the internal governance of schools mainly improves student performance through two channels:improving teachers’ work enthusiasm and increasing parent support.In rural schools and low-quality schools,school internal governance has a greater effect on student performance.Considering current compulsory education in China,it is necessary to fully implement internal governance with multiple participation in compulsory education schools,especially rural schools and schools with limited teacher resources.It can help to achieve fair education within schools by improving student performance and increasing the efficiency of education funds.
