区划调整背景下的城区概念性总体规划策略——以济南市钢城区主城区概念性总体规划设计为例

Onceptual Master Planning Strategy of Urban Area under the Background of Zoning Adjustment——A Case of the Conceptual Master Plan and Design of the Main Urban Area of Jinan Gang City

随着城市的扩张,为确定城市的规模和发展方向,实现城市的经济和社会发展目标,合理利用城市土地,进行城市总体规划是城市发展的必然要求。基于此,本文以济南市钢城区主城区概念性总体规划为例,分析在两市合并、行政区划调整背景下的钢城区主城区规划建设,并且详细讨论其总体规划策略,包括规划结构、规划愿景和理念,以及具体规划设计,并提出相应建议和结论。

With the urban expansion,urban master planning is the inevitable requirement for urban development in order to determine the size and development direction of the city,achieve the economic and social development goals of the city,and make rational use of urban land.Based on this,this paper takes the conceptual master plan of the main urban area of Jinan Gang City as an example,analyzes the planning and construction of the main urban area of the Gang city under the background of the administrative territorial entity adjustment and the merger of the two cities,and discusses its overall planning strategy in detail,including planning vision and concept,planning structure,as well as specific planning and design,and puts forward the corresponding recommendations and conclusions for reference.
