摘要
本文以上海市重固镇章堰村为例,阐述设计导则通过宏观到细部三层级的要素导则构架,以及强制性、引导性和开放性三级弹性管控强度指导传统村落更新的方法;通过负面清单的管治模式,进一步增强设计导则对传统村落更新的指导意义。
This paper takes Zhangyan Village in Chonggu Town,Shanghai as an example,and elaborates the design guidelines through the macro-to-detail three-level element guide structure,and uses three-level flexible control intensity method of mandatory,guiding and open to guide the renewal of traditional villages.Through the governance model of the negative list,the guiding significance of the design guidelines for the renewal of traditional villages is further enhanced.
