湿法聚乙烯隔膜波浪纹产生的原因探讨及对策

摘要 通过实验模拟,分析湿法制备的聚乙烯隔膜产生波浪纹的原因,探讨预防波浪纹的对策。经二氯甲烷萃取后的隔膜,挥发干燥时,由于二氯甲烷横向(幅宽方向)挥发不均匀,最终引起隔膜横向受力不均,形成波浪纹。通过降低材料特性参数r、隔膜收缩率,控制隔膜厚度均一性,可以预防波浪纹的产生,提高隔膜膜面质量。 The reason for the wrinkles of the polyethylene membrane prepared by the thermally induced phase separation was analyzed by experimental simulation,and the countermeasures for preventing the wrinkles were discussed.The extracted membrane passes through a water-sealed tank,and the evaporation of methylene chloride is not uniform when dried.The rough drying roller prevents the membrane from contracting,and eventually the wrinkles are formed on the membrane with uneven stress.By reducing the friction force of the drying roller,the material property parameter r,the shrinkage,and improving uniform thickness of the membrane,wrinkles of polyethylene membrane could be avoided,which improving the quality of the membrane.
