高透明涂膜表观检测光源的研究

摘要 高透明涂膜一般由透明薄膜和透明涂层构成,涂层表面表观检验难度大,缺陷不易发现,作为中间产品来说会影响最终的成品质量,因此针对高透明涂膜半成品提高现有的表观检测手段,迫在眉睫。现在发现,通过灯光照射到透明产品上,倾斜一定角度观察,会看到幻彩效果,此时产品表面条状不匀缺陷会被放大,比较容易发现质量问题。但是,并不是所有的观察灯都可以呈现这种效果,本文主要针对观察灯的对比分析,确定光源的选择,实现通过观测高透膜产品表面的幻彩效果,解决透明产品表观观测难题。 High transparency film is generally consisted of transparent film and transparent coating.It is difficult to inspect the surface of the coating,and the defects are difficult to find.As an intermediate product,high transparent film will affect the quality of the final product.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the existing apparent detection methods for high transparent coating semi-finished products.Now it is found that through the light shining on the transparent products,you will see the illusion effect,when you tilt a certain angle.At this time,it is easier to find quality problems because the uneven strip defects on the surface of the product will be magnified.But not all the observation lights can do this.This article mainly focuses on the comparative analysis of the observation lamp to determine the choice of light source.In order to solve the problem of apparent observation of transparent products,we can observe the surface of high permeability film products.
