乡镇政府信息公开现状、问题、对策研究——以陕西省镇安县各乡镇政府为例

Research on the Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of Township Government Information Disclosure——Take the Township Governments of Zhenan Countyin Shaanxi Province as an Exampl

我国政府信息公开建设已有十余年,取得了显著的成绩,但乡镇政府信息公开仍存在一系列问题,而乡镇政府与社会公众联系又最为紧密,因此对乡镇政府信息公开情况进行研究很有必要。通过对陕西省镇安县乡镇政府信息公开情况展开调查,基于现阶段具体实际情况的基础上,发现乡镇政府在政府信息公开的意识、机制、内容、效果当中存在较大问题,为改进这些问题根据实际情况提出相关改进的策略。

It has been more than ten years since the construction of government information disclosure in China,and remarkable achievements have been made.However,there are still a series of problems in the information disclosure of township government,and township government has the closest contact with the public.Therefore,it is necessary to study the information disclosure of township government.Based on the investigation of the information disclosure of the township government in Zhenan County,Shaanxi Province,and the actual situation at the present stage,it is found that the township government has big problems in the awareness,mechanism,content and effect of government information disclosure,and puts forward relevant improvement strategies to improve these problems according to the actual situation.
