从浊毒浅析治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染

Treatment of Cervical Human Papillomavirus Infection from Turbid Toxin

宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染可引起不同的宫颈病变发生,严重者可变发癌症。此病为本虚标实之证,浊毒蕴结,任带不固为标,肝郁、脾肾亏虚为本,本虚与标实互为因果,相兼为病。湿与浊同根同源,湿轻浊甚,湿盛则浊聚,热与毒同属同类,热微毒重,热极则生毒,日久湿邪化浊蕴热变毒,浊毒乃生,蕴结于阴部,内侵胞宫,伤于任带,终致带下异常。以扶正解郁祛邪为治疗法则,扶正以健脾益肾,解郁以条达肝气,祛邪以泄浊祛毒,自拟“益气调肝泄浊方”加减口服,可逆转肝郁脾肾亏虚型宫颈HPV感染,疗效满意。

Cervical human papillomavirus(HPV)infection can cause different cervical lesions,and cancer may occur in severe cases.This disease is the syndrome of deficiency in causes and excess in manifestations.With accumulation of turbidity and toxin,insecurity of conception and belt vessels are the manifestations and stagnation of liver-qi and deficiency of spleen and kidney are the root causes,which interact as both causes and effects.Dampness and turbidity have the same origin.Slight dampness leads to heavy turbidity,while exuberant dampness results in turbidity accumulation.Heat and toxin belong to the same kind.Slight heat leads to heavy toxin while extreme heat generates toxin.Over time,dampness pathogen transforms into turbidity while accumulated heat transforms into toxin,which accumulates in the pudendum,invades the uterus,and injures conception and belt vessels,and eventually leads to abnormal leucorrhea.The therapeutic principle involves reinforcing healthy qi,resolving stagnation and eliminating pathogens,reinforcing healthy qi for invigorating spleen and benefiting kidney,resolving stagnation for acting freely of liver qi,and eliminating pathogens for discharging turbidity and removing toxin.The self-made modified Yiqi Tiaogan Xiezhuo Decoction was orally taken,which could reversibly transform the cervical HPV infection of liver stagnation and spleen-kidney deficiency type with satisfactory curative effect.
