摘要
目的:研究头针结合康复训练治疗儿童多动症的临床疗效。方法:选取多动症患儿56例,按照随机数字表法将患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组28例。对照组给予盐酸哌甲酯治疗结合康复训练,观察组给予头针治疗结合康复训练。4周为1个疗程,观察治疗5个疗程后和停止治疗3个月后2组的临床疗效。结果:(1)治疗5个疗程后,观察组与对照组相比康奈尔(Conners)评分、中医证候积分差异均无显著性(P>0.05);(2)治疗停止3个月后2组Conners评分、中医证候积分均较刚停止治疗时评分升高,但观察组评分低于对照组(P<0.05);(3)治疗后观察组总有效率为89.29%,显著高于对照组(50.00%)(P<0.05);结论:头针结合康复训练治疗儿童多动症临床疗效确切,不易反复。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on children with ADHD.Methods:56 children with ADHD were randomly divided into control group and observation group,28 cases in each group.The control group was given methylphenidate hydrochloride treatment combined with rehabilitation training,while the observation group was given scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training,with 4 weeks as a course of treatment.After 5 courses and 3 months after stopping treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed respectively.Results:(1)After 5 courses of treatment,there was no significant difference in Conners score and TCM syndrome score between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05);(2)After 3 months of stopping treatment,the Conners score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were higher than those when the treatment was stopped,but the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);(3)The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.29%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(50.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training is effective in the treatment of ADHD in children,which is not easy to relapse.
