后疫情时代大学新生入学教育创新模式探究

Research on the Innovative Mode of the Enrollment Education for College Freshman in the Post-pandemic Era

大学新生入学教育有助于新生更好更快成长成才,有助于提升学校教育管理效率并促进国家繁荣稳定发展。但是,当前大学新生入学教育还存在一些问题,如入学教育形式单调,缺乏创新和特色;入学教育内容陈旧,缺乏针对性和层次性等。因此,在后疫情时代,应加强顶层设计,做好系统筹划;发挥育人合力,充分协调联动;突出学校特色,利用先进典型;线上线下教育,积极有效结合。

The enrollment education can help college freshmen to grow and improve themselves better and faster,enhance the efficiency of colleges’education and management,and promote China’s prosperity and stability.However,there are still some problems in the current enrollment education for college freshmen,such as the monotonous form of enrollment education,which lacks innovation and characteristics;outdated education content,with the lack of pertinence and hierarchy.It is then suggested that,in the post-pandemic era,the top-level design should be strengthened to ensure systematic planning;joint efforts should be made by different people and departments to coordinate the education;the characteristics of certain colleges should be highlighted,advanced models should be publicized as learning examples;and online and offline education should be effectively combined.
