基于胶粘剂技术在汽车装配中的实现分析

Analysis on the Realization of Adhesive Technology in Automobile Assembly

作为汽车生产不可缺少的一项重要辅助材料,胶粘剂在提高产品结构性能及相关功能方面(包括密封隔热、降噪防锈、减振消音等)起到重要作用,目前市场对汽车的环保节能、安全舒适性能、高性价比等方面的需求不断提高,促使胶粘剂技术在汽车装配中的应用范围不断扩大。本文在介绍了汽车胶粘剂应用范围和性能指标的基础上,阐述了几种常用汽车胶粘剂的种类、特点及应用中存在的问题,介绍了粘接缺陷的具体检测方法,并分析了车用胶粘剂的发展趋势。

As an indispensable auxiliary material for automobile production,adhesives play an important role in im⁃proving product structural performance and related functions(including sealing and heat insulation,noise reduc⁃tion and rust prevention,vibration damping,etc.).The increasing demand for environmental protection and energy saving,safety and comfort performance,and high cost performance has promoted the continuous expansion of the application of adhesive technology in automobile assembly.Based on the introduction of the application range and performance indicators of automotive adhesives,this paper describes the types,characteristics and problems of sev⁃eral commonly used automotive adhesives,introduces specific detection methods of bonding defects,and analyzes the development trend of automotive adhesives.
