黄沙坪铅锌矿无石灰高效分选与清洁生产新工艺试验研究及应用 被引量:1

New Technology and Its Application of Efficient Flotation and Clean Production Without Lime in Huangshaping Lead-Zinc Mine

摘要 针对高碱度条件下铅锌矿分选过程存在尾矿水COD高、重金属离子高,废水处理成本高、循环利用困难等问题,黄沙坪铅锌选矿厂采用无石灰分选新工艺进行技术改造,研究浮选药剂HQ66、HQ77、D82-1、D82-2、D52在工业生产过程中的适应性及可靠性。通过分析浮选技术参数对浮选指标的影响,进行技术升级改进,2019年全年累计铅精矿品位64.19%,回收率89.86%,锌精矿品位45.135,回收率92.72%,铅精矿含银回收率42.54%,生产尾矿水COD由116.21mg/L降低到21.79mg/L。 A new technology of efficient flotation and clean production without lime is used in Huangshaping lead-zinc flotation plant.The flotation reagents of HQ66,HQ77,D82-1,D82-2 and D52 were used in the plant to verify their reliability of performance.Through a series of technical operation improvement,the grade of lead concentrate reached 64.19%,the recovery rate reached 89.86%.The grade of zinc concentrate reached 45.13%,the recovery rate reached 92.72%,the silver recovery rate in lead concentrate reached 42.54%,and the COD of tailings water reduced from 116.21 mg/L to 21.79 mg/L in 2019.
