摘要
刚果(金)某铜钴矿由多个矿体组成,且各矿体硫化矿和氧化矿各有产出。为综合开发矿区的硫化矿及氧化矿,对硫化矿及氧化矿的混合矿开展3000t/d的浮选工业试验。对于Cu品位为1.70%,Co品位0.70%,Cu氧化率为35%~40%的原矿,采用先选硫化矿、再选氧化矿的两段浮选工艺流程,获得Cu品位为21.91%、Co品位为7.70%的硫化精矿,Cu回收率为71.96%,Co回收率为66.17%;同时获得Cu品位为20.42%、Co品位为18.10%的氧化精矿,Cu回收率为11.60%,Co回收率为15.29%。两段浮选Cu总回收率为83.56%,Co总回收率为81.46%。工业试验达到了预期目的,对设计开发矿区的硫化矿及氧化矿具有指导意义。
One copper-cobalt ore in D.R.Congo consist of several ore body,and both sulfide ore and oxide ore are produced in different ore body.The industrial study on bulk flotation of sulfide ore and oxide ore in 3 000 t/d processing plant in order to develop both sulfide ore and oxide ore.On the ore of copper grade 1.70%,cobalt grade 0.70%,copper oxidation rate 35%~40%,the study adopt the two-stage flowsheet,which separation sulfide ore firstly and oxide ore secondly.The acquisition of the study is sulfide concentrate with the copper grade 21.91%,cobalt grade 7.7%,and oxide concentrate with copper grade 20.42%,cobalt grade 18.10%.The recovery of sulfide concentrate and oxide concentrate are copper 71.96%,cobalt 66.17% and copper 11.60%,cobalt 15.29% respectively.The total recovery of copper and cobalt are 83.56% and 81.46%.The results of industrial test provide reference for developing sulfide ore and oxide ore in this mining area.
