摘要
研究了酸浸法从刚果(金)低品位氧化铜钴矿提取铜钴,主要考察了硫酸用量、矿粉粒度、液固比、浸出时间,还原剂用量、浸出温度及两段浸出等对铜钴浸出率的影响。结果表明:一段酸浸工艺铜浸出率87.52%,钴浸出率63.27%。两段酸浸工艺,铜浸出率为90.85%,钴浸出率为78.41%。
The technology of extracting copper and cobalt from low-grade Cu-Co oxidized concentrate from Congo(Kinshasa)by hydrometallurgy was studied.The effects of sulfuric acid dosage,particle size of ore powder,liquid-solid ratio,leaching time,amount of reducing agent,leaching temperature and two-stage leaching on copper and cobalt leaching rate were investigated.The results show that the copper leaching rate is 87.52% and cobalt leaching rate is 63.27%.The copper leaching rate is 90.85% and cobalt leaching rate is 78.41% by two-stage.
