W-Mo对Si-Cr-Ti高温抗氧化涂层组织的影响性能研究

摘要 在Nb521合金表面利用料浆烧结法制备了Si-Cr-Ti-W-Mo涂层,并对这种涂层在1700℃静态空气中的静态氧化行为进行了测试和研究。利用扫描电镜(SEM),对涂层在氧化过程中的微观组织形貌进行了测试和分析,得出:加入过多的W、Mo元素会造成二次熔烧后部分未固熔的W、Mo在表面形成不熔的颗粒依附在涂层的表面,在涂层表面形成沟壑,氧气会沿着沟壑直达涂层内部,加速涂层的氧化,降低涂层高温抗氧化性能,适量的W、Mo元素可提高涂层高温抗氧化性能。 The Si-Cr-Ti-W-Mo high-temperature oxidation resistance coating was prepared on the surface of Nb521 alloy.Many tests were finished for static state-testing and shock-testing under 1 700 ℃.The fracture of the coating and morphology of the sprayed layer were investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive X-rayspectroscoty(EDS).It shows that the appropriate amount of Mo,W elements could improve the coating’s properties of high-temperature oxidation resistance.On the contrary,too much Mo,W elements will not solid solution enough as a results of forming particles attached to the surface.Many gully will be formed on the surface at the same time which could make the oxygen infiltrated into the coating to reduce the coating’s properties of high-temperature oxidation resistance.
