摘要
选矿厂转载点往往因高落差或运行速度快,产生大量高浓度细微粉尘,影响作业人员身心健康及设备运转寿命。以香花岭矿锡选厂破碎-运输工段为工程依托,根据其产尘机理,对现场产尘点进行了粉尘浓度与分散度测试分析。根据测试结果,提出采用CLS/A新型水膜除尘器分散式除尘系统。现场应用表明,产尘点粉尘浓度由最高的48.32mg/m3下降到0.73mg/m3,除尘效率达98.49%,降尘效果好,保障了选矿厂的安全生产。
The reloading point of the mineral processing plant often generates a large amount of high-concentration fine dust due to high drop or fast running speed,which affects the physical and mental health of the workers and the operating life of the equipment.This paper takes the crushing-transporting section of Xianghualing Mine Tin Concentrator as the project’s backing,and conducts the test and analysis of the dust concentration and dispersion degree of the on-site dust production point according to its dust production mechanism.According to the test results,a decentralized dust removal system using CLS/A new water film dust collector is proposed.Field application shows that the dust concentration at the dust producing point has dropped from the highest 48.32 mg/m^3 to 0.73 mg/m^3,the dust removal efficiency has reached 98.49%,the dust reduction effect is good,and the safe production of the concentrator is guaranteed.
