摘要
利用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定钼精矿中铜的含量,对检测过程中试样的定容体积、工作曲线拟合、试样的质量及测定重复性进行了测量不确定度分析评定,并合成其标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,最后以不确定度的形式给出测试结果。
The thesis mainly deals with the uncertainty of Cu measurement in molybdenum concentrates via flame-atomic absorption spectrometry,in which the standard uncertainty and the expended uncertainty are discussed and reported by analyzing the sampled volume,fitting of the calibration curves,reproducibility of the measurements,and then the measurement results are offered.
