乡村振兴视域下地方高校小教全科生社会责任感调查与培育——以桂西北某校为例

Investigation and Cultivation of the Sense of Social Responsibility of Primary School General Students in Local Colleges and Universities——Take a School in Northwest Guangxi as an Example

人才是乡村振兴的关键。高校青年是推动乡村振兴战略的动力源泉。通过对桂西北某校小教全科生问卷调查、访谈和实地走访发现,他们社会责任感总体状况良好,但部分小教全科生社会责任感相对薄弱,影响了乡村振兴战略的实效。因此,要提高小教全科生社会责任感,就需要国家、社会、家庭、高校、学生集体联动,侧重在抢占新兴媒体阵地、融入教学改革实践、深化政工队伍建设、紧抓阅读实践环节多下功夫,将小教全科生培育成为乡村振兴的新动力,为乡村振兴尽应有社会责任。

Talent is the key to rural revitalization.Youth in colleges and universities are the source of motivation to promote the strategy of rural revitalization.Through questionnaire surveys,interviews and field visits to the primary education general students in a school in northwestern Guangxi,it is found that their sense of social responsibility is generally good,but some primary education general students are relatively weak,which affects the effectiveness of the rural revitalization strategy.Therefore,in order to improve the sense of social responsibility of primary education general students,the country,society,family,colleges and universities,and students are required to collectively interact,focusing on seizing the position of emerging new media,integrating into the practice of teaching reform,deepening the construction of the political work team,and grasping more reading practices to cultivate primary education general students as a new driving force for rural revitalization and to fulfill their due social responsibilities.
