婴幼儿泪道冲洗及护理配合要点研究

Study on the main Points of Lacrimal lavage and Nursing Cooperation in Infants

目的:分析婴幼儿泪道冲洗及有效的护理配合和效果。方法:分析对象选择于2019年1月至2020年1月期间在我院就诊的婴幼儿泪囊炎患儿166例,两组均采用泪道冲洗法进行治疗,应用双色球抽签方法实施分组分析,83例开展常规护理的患儿纳入对照组,83例开展全面护理配合的患儿纳入实验组,对两种护理方式的开展效.果进行对比和分析。结果:相对比于对照组,实验组患儿护理总有效率和家长对护理服务的满意程度均提升明显,对比数据差异性明显(P<005)。结论:婴幼儿泪道冲洗配合全面的护理干预可获得满意的效果,建议推广和应用。

Objective:To analyze the lacrimal lavage of infants and young children and effective nursing cooperation and effects.Methods:The analysis objects were selected from 166 infants with dacryocystitis who were treated in our hospital between January 2019 and January 2020.Both groups were treated with lacrimal lavage.The two-color ball lottery method was used for group analysis.83 patients underwent routine care The children were included in the control group,and 83 patients with comprehensive nursing cooperation were included in the experimental group.The effects of the two nursing methods were compared and analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of nursing in the experimental group and the satisfaction of parents with nursing services were significantly improved,and the difference in comparison data was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Infants and children lacrimal lavage irrigation combined with comprehensive nursing intervention can obtain satisfactory results,and it is recommended to promote and apply.
