吸附+催化燃烧工艺在涂装行业废气治理中的问题和工艺优化 被引量:5

摘要 文章结合表面涂装行业有机废气的排放特点,对可用的有机废气治理技术的原理、优缺点及适用性进行了分析比较;并详细阐述了“活性炭吸附浓缩+脱附催化燃烧组合工艺”在该行业有机废气处理应用过程中存在的若干问题,依据实际工程经验,给出了相应的优化措施,为该工艺的应用和推广起到指导和推动作用。 Based on the emission characteristics of organic waste gas from surface coating industry,this article analyzed and compared the principles,advantages and disadvantages and applicability of available organic waste gas treatment technologies,Some problems existing in the application of"activated carbon adsorption concentration and desorption catalytic combustion combined process"in the treatment of organic waste gas in this industry are described in detail.According to the actual engineering experience,the corresponding optimization measures are given,which play a guiding and promoting role for the application and promotion of the process.
